[tog] Brain Computer Interface?

Great,
If there are any volunteers to prepare a talk please get in touch!
I could do something general from a beginner point of view if needed or
just help organising if there are better speakers :)
I know Pierre has a full talk on a similar subject so we could combine the
two things?
